By booking or staying at Prime Hostels, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure a safe, respectful, and comfortable living environment for all our residents.
1. Booking & Payment
A security deposit (refundable) and monthly rent must be paid in advance before move-in.
Rent is due on or before the 5th of each month.
Delayed payments may result in late fees or termination of stay.
2. Refund & Cancellation
Booking amount and rent are non-refundable in case of cancellation after check-in.
Refund of the security deposit will be processed within 7 working days after checkout, subject to room inspection and clearance of all dues.
3. Code of Conduct
Residents must maintain cleanliness and hygiene in both personal and common areas.
No illegal activities, loud music, smoking, or drinking alcohol is allowed inside the premises.
Any damage to property will be charged from the resident responsible.
4. Guests & Visitors
Visitors are allowed only during permitted hours and must be registered at the reception.
Overnight stays of guests are not allowed under any circumstances.
5. Security & Safety
Residents are expected to cooperate with security checks and hostel rules.
Prime Hostels is not liable for any loss or theft of personal belongings.
CCTV cameras are in place for the safety and monitoring of common areas.
6. Changes in Policy
Management reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated policies will be available on the website or shared with residents directly.
